Integration Helps Dealers Increase Cash Flow and Improve Customer Service with Automatic Customer Notification Tools

SALT LAKE CITY, UT October 12, 2009 – ADP Lightspeed, a premier provider of Dealer Management Solutions for Recreation Sports Dealerships, today announced its development of e-mail integration in its LightspeedNXT product for future release. This integration allows dealers to email directly out of the Parts, Sales and Service modules in the LightspeedNXT DMS (Dealer Management System).

The email integration tool allows dealers to send invoices, updates on service, receipts and purchase orders in electronic messages directly out of LightspeedNXT. Dealers have the ability to set up system preferences for populating data into form emails and selecting the auto populating fields. These fields pull in the customers’ specific information (name, invoice #, unit information) automatically.

Email integration is included with the purchase of LightspeedNXT and will be available to dealers currently on the system for download in version 3.9.1 due for release in November. System preferences must be set to enable email communication.
